This gorgeous Personalised 3D name plaque are made from plywood with acrylic personalised names.

Material: 4mm thick premium plywood and 3mm acrylic
To Purchase:

5. Leave requested name in section provided
ONE name ONLY. Maximum letters is 9 characters per name. If you require multiple plaques you simply add each one to the cart separately before finalising payment.
Please ensure names provided are correct. As these are custom pieces no exchanges or refunds will be offered after dispatch. Once production has commenced no changes can be made.
Plaque can come with 2 holes for hanging or without holes so please select your option during checkout. Plaques with holes will include cord for hanging. Length will depend on how the plaque is hung.
No holes plaques are best hung using 3m picture hanging strips
